Open Source Software
All BDA software projects are released under the Apache 2.0 License unless otherwise noted. By using our software, you agree to comply with the terms of the applicable open source license.
The Apache 2.0 License permits you to:

- Use the software commercially

Battery Data Format Specification
The BDF specification is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You are free to share and adapt the specification, provided you give appropriate credit.
Contributed Data
Data contributed to the BDF datastore is made available under the license specified by the contributor (typically CC0 or CC BY 4.0). Users of contributed data must comply with the applicable license terms.
Trademarks
"Battery Data Alliance," "BDA," and "Battery Data Format" are trademarks of the Linux Foundation. Use of these trademarks must comply with the Linux Foundation Trademark Policy.

All BDA resources are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The BDA and Linux Foundation disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
